How to share a screenshot with a link

Upload a screenshot and copy a short link that can be pasted into email, chat, support tickets or documents.

Create a link from a capture

1. Capture the required screen region.
2. Choose the upload button in the capture toolbar.
3. Wait for the upload to finish.
4. The resulting link is copied so you can paste it into your message.

When links are more convenient

A URL is useful when a service limits attachment sizes, when several people need to view the same image, or when you want to keep an email small. The recipient opens the link in a browser without installing the desktop application.

Check before sending

Open the copied link yourself and confirm that the correct screenshot appears. If the image includes unnecessary content, make a new, tighter region capture.
